Orders

Is your store open and accepting orders?
Yes—Best Fine Gold is active and accepting orders 24/7.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly (usually within 1–3 business days). If you email orders@bestfinegold.com within 1 hour of purchase, we’ll do our best to assist. After fulfillment begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
I didn’t get an order confirmation—what should I do?
Check spam/promotions. Still missing? Email orders@bestfinegold.com with your name and the email used at checkout.
Where is my order?
  1. Open your shipping email and click the tracking link.
  2. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
  3. If tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, reply to the email or contact support@bestfinegold.com.

Yes—we ship to the United States (including all U.S. Territories) and to the 27 countries below. See full details in our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery time (after dispatch): 10–15 business days for the U.S., U.S. Territories, and the 27 supported international countries. Customs may add 3–7 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates and don’t include processing. Your product page shows an Arrives by estimate based on today’s date.

How much is shipping?
  • United States & U.S. Territories: Free tracked shipping.
  • International (27 countries): $11.90 tracked shipping.
  • Other destinations: not currently available.

Can you expedite shipping or add gift notes?
Orders ship from our overseas partner warehouses, so we can’t expedite, customize packaging, or add gift notes at this time.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Your local carrier/government may charge VAT/GST and import fees on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t refundable by us.

Products & Care

What materials are your pieces made from?
Most styles are gold-plated fashion jewelry. Base materials and finishes are listed on each product page. For details and care tips, see the “Materials & Care” section on the product page.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
All jewelry lasts longer with proper care. Avoid water, lotions, perfume, and sweat; remove before showering or exercise; store dry; and wipe gently after wear.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Some items are labeled hypoallergenic or nickel-free—check the product page. If you have sensitivity, choose those items and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Earrings must be unopened/sealed. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email returns@bestfinegold.com with your order # and reason. For damaged/incorrect items, include photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return or replacement shipping—contact us first.
How long do refunds take?
Once the return is delivered and inspected, refunds are processed in 2–5 business days. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes. Return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Duties/taxes paid to your carrier/government aren’t refundable by us. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged when we accept your order and send the confirmation email. Some banks show a temporary authorization hold first.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasional promotions are announced on our site and social media. Join our newsletter for early access (and a welcome discount if offered).

Troubleshooting

Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package.

Please:

  • Check with household members and neighbors, and look around entrances.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Still missing? Email support@bestfinegold.com within 7 days. We’ll help start a claim. Note: we aren’t liable after a confirmed delivery scan.

I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?
Email orders@bestfinegold.com asap with the correct address. We can update addresses before fulfillment begins.
