Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

What’s eligible

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, tags, boxes, inserts, and freebies.
  • Earrings are returnable only if the hygiene seal/packaging remains unopened.
  • Not eligible: personalized/custom items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale on the product page.
  • Bundles/sets must be returned complete. If a free gift was included, please return it or its value may be deducted from the refund.
  • We may reduce or deny a refund for items showing wear, missing parts, or damage not caused by us.

Holiday returns: Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 31.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@bestfinegold.com with your order # and reason for return. For damaged/incorrect items, include clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Please do not ship to the sender/supplier address.
  3. Ship your item within 14 days of RMA approval and share the tracking number. Keep proof of postage until your refund is issued.

Return shipping

  • Change-of-mind / fit: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): We’ll cover return or replacement shipping—please contact us first so we can provide instructions/label.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit upon request).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for processing after delivery to our returns hub, plus 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different style, size, or color? Start a return (above) and select exchange. If the replacement is in stock, we’ll ship after approval.

Order changes & cancellations

We can modify or cancel orders before fulfillment. Email orders@bestfinegold.com as soon as possible with your order #. Once an order ships, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Missing, delayed, or stolen packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier and email us within 7 days.
  • We’ll help start an investigation, but we’re not liable after a confirmed delivery scan.

International orders

  • International returns are accepted; however, return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Duties/taxes paid to your local carrier or government are not refundable by us.
  • If an international parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or an incorrect address, the original shipping charge and any return fees may be deducted from the refund.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the correct address and any additional postage are paid.
